This Berber carpet called Azilal gets its name from the Azilal region in Morocco where it was handcrafted on a traditional wooden loom. Its patterns represent the moods, loves, and sorrows of the weaver at the time of its creation. Once this colorful Berber carpet is created, she will make another one totally different, based on her emotions of the moment. Each piece is therefore unique.

Our carpets with a white background and colorful designs always have a white wool background. The colors can be either cotton or wool. The very bright colors are generally cotton, and the colors with a more natural look are wool. Our fully colored carpets are all 100% wool.

All packages are sent from France. No customs fees for orders placed in a country within the European Union. For orders outside the EU, customs fees may apply.

We ship worldwide, and all orders are shipped every 7 to 15 days.

For France: you can choose delivery to a collection point with Mondial Relay or home delivery with Colissimo.

For the rest of the world: the delivery cost varies by country. Simply add the carpet to your cart, enter your address, and the delivery cost will be accurately indicated.

You have a 14-day withdrawal period from the delivery of your package to request an exchange, credit, or refund.

For France:

Surprisingly, Berber carpets are easy to maintain. Keep in mind that these historically rich pieces are not primarily meant to be decorative objects. Berber women weave and use them as blankets or rugs for insulation. The exceptional quality of weaving allows Berber carpets to endure over time and age very well.

To maintain it, you can vacuum it once a week at most to avoid agitating the wool. If you can't shake it, turn it over for a few hours once a month, and all the deep-seated dust will fall out. In case of a stain, immediately pat it with a cloth dampened with water; often, this is sufficient. Otherwise, add some rubbing alcohol or Marseille soap with plenty of water.
