This Berber carpet called Azilal takes its name from the Azilal region in Morocco where it was handcrafted on a traditional wooden loom. Its patterns represent the moods, loves, and sorrows of the weaver at the time of its creation. Once this colorful Berber carpet is created, she will create another one completely different, depending on her current emotions. Each piece is therefore unique.

Our carpets with a white background and colorful designs always have a white wool background. The colors can be either cotton or wool. The very bright colors are usually in cotton and the colors that have a more natural look are in wool. Our fully colored carpets are 100% wool.

DELIVERY

All packages are sent from France. No customs fees to be expected for orders placed in a European Union country. For orders placed in a non-EU country, customs fees may apply.

We deliver worldwide and all orders are shipped every 7 to 15 days.

For France: delivery is free in a pickup point and chargeable for home delivery.

For the rest of the world: the cost of delivery varies depending on the country. Simply add the carpet to the cart, enter your address, and the delivery cost will be precisely indicated.

RETURN

You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the delivery of your package to request an exchange, a credit note, or a refund.

For France:

- You want an exchange/credit note: everything is free (return and delivery of the new package are at our expense)

- You want a refund: the return is at your expense

For the rest of the world:

- You want an exchange: the return of the package is at your expense and the delivery of the new package is at our expense

Surprisingly, Berber carpets are easy to maintain. It is important to keep in mind that these pieces steeped in history are not primarily intended to be decorative objects. Berber women weave and use them as blankets or rugs for insulation. The exceptional quality of the weaving allows Berber carpets to withstand the test of time and age very well.

To maintain it, you can vacuum it once a week at most to avoid aggressing the wool. If you cannot shake it, turn it over for a few hours once a month, all deep-seated dust will fall off. In case of a stain, tap it immediately with a cloth soaked in water, often that is sufficient. Otherwise, add some rubbing alcohol or Marseille soap with plenty of water.
