Delivery and returns

DELIVERY

All parcels are sent from France. No customs fees are expected for orders placed within the European Union. For orders placed outside the EU, customs fees may apply.

We deliver worldwide and all orders are shipped every 7 to 10 days.

RETURNS

You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the delivery of your parcel to request an exchange, credit note, or refund.

For France:

- If you want an exchange/credit note: everything is free (return and delivery of the new parcel are at our expense)

- If you want a refund: the return is at your expense

For the rest of the world:

- If you want an exchange: the return of the parcel is at your expense and the delivery of the new parcel is at our expense
