In the Colombian city of Chambra, the family unit was the engine of its artisanal development. The women are busy modeling the clay that is mud extracted from the earth and the men’s task is the cooking. The creations are smoky to give them their black colour and then polished with an agate to make them shine.
Acquiring a creation from the Wounaan community means participating in the protection of ancestral artisanal heritage.
