These general terms and conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between SAS FROM under the THEM brand name and its customer, and both parties accept them without reservation. These general terms and conditions of sale shall prevail over any other terms and conditions appearing in any other document, unless a prior, express, written waiver is granted.
The automatic recording systems shall be considered as proof of the nature, content and date of the order.
SAS FROM under the THEM brand name shall confirm acceptance of the order to the customer at the e-mail address provided by the customer. The sale shall only be concluded upon confirmation of the order. SAS FROM under the THEM brand name reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute regarding payment of a previous order. The information provided by the buyer when placing an order is binding on the buyer: in the event of an error in the recipient's contact information, the seller shall not be held responsible for the impossibility of delivering an order.
THEM delivers all over the world.
All THEM orders are shipped once every 7 to 10 days. All packages are sent from France, no customs fees are to be expected for orders placed in a European Union country.
For orders placed in a country outside the European Union, different taxes may be applied. The customer undertakes to pay all taxes due on the import of products, customs duty, value added tax, and all other taxes due under the laws of the country in which the order is received.
Delivery in Metropolitan France
For France, delivery for accessories and small decorative objects varies from 2.50€ in a relay point or 5€ with Colissimo.
Delivery for Berber rugs in France varies from 29,99€ (for S, M, L rugs) to 39,99€ (for XL rugs) and can go up to 49,99€ if you buy several large rugs.
Delivery to the rest of the world
For the rest of the world, the cost of delivery varies depending on the country. Simply add the mat to your shopping cart, enter your address and the delivery cost will be accurately indicated.
For all purchases on our site, you have a so-called "withdrawal period" of 14 days from the receipt of your package to return it to us. You have the possibility to exchange with another product on our eshop, to obtain a credit note valid for 2 years or to receive a refund.
THEM will check all returned goods for possible damage and to ensure that they have not been used. If it is found that the goods have been used by the customer, the parcel will be returned and no refund will be possible.
For all furniture purchases, you should check with the carrier, at the time of delivery, that the parcel and the item are not damaged. If this is the case, the anomalies and damage to the goods must be described precisely, with the reference or name of the item in question, and the deliveryman must indicate this on his delivery note. You must then contact us on the day of delivery so that we can notify the carrier within the legal time limit. In accordance with transport legislation, in the absence of a reservation formulated with these details, the shipment is considered to have been delivered in conformity.

Is the return at my expense?
For orders placed in European Union
In the case of an exchange/credit note: a pre-paid delivery note will be sent to you (the return will therefore be at THEM's expense) and the new shipment will be offered to you. So for an exchange you don’t have anything to pay. The return label offered is without insurance. Please note that return packages are your responsibility until they arrive with us. If you wish to send your package with insurance, you must use your own label purchased from your carrier.
In the case of a refund: the return will be at your expense.

For orders placed in the rest of the world
In the case of an exchange/credit note: the return shipping costs will be charged to the customer. The new shipment will be offered.
In the case of a refund: the return will be at your expense.

Once THEM has received the package ?
In the case of a refund request, you will receive the refund of the returned item (excluding outbound shipping costs) on your account within 14 days.
In the case of an exchange, the new item will be sent upon receipt of the package.
The price is expressed in euros. The price indicated on the product sheets does not include shipping.
The price indicated in the order confirmation is the final price, expressed all taxes included and including VAT for France and EU countries. This price includes the price of the products, the handling, packaging and storage costs of the products, the transport and commissioning costs.
This price does not include any customs duties that may be applied if the customer places an order from a country outside the European Union.
The price invoiced to the customer is the price indicated on the order confirmation sent by SAS FROM under the name THEM.
The price of the products is payable in cash on the date of the actual order.

This contract is subject to French law.
SAS FROM under the name THEM shall not be held liable for damages of any kind, whether material or immaterial or bodily, that may result from improper operation or misuse of the products sold. The liability of SAS FROM under the name of THEM shall, in any event, be limited to the amount of the order. In the event of difficulties in the application of this contract, the purchaser shall have the option, before taking any legal action, of seeking an amicable solution, particularly with the help of :
- a professional association of the branch, a consumer association or any other counsel of his choice. It is reminded that the search for an amicable solution does not interrupt the "short period" of the legal guarantee, nor the duration of the contractual guarantee. It is recalled that as a general rule and subject to the appreciation of the courts, compliance with the provisions of this contract relating to the contractual guarantee assumes that the buyer honours his financial commitments to the seller.
Complaints or disputes will always be received with attentive benevolence, good faith always being presumed in those who take the trouble to explain their situations. In the event of a dispute, the customer shall first contact the company to obtain an amicable solution.
The liability of SAS FROM sous le nom de THEM is systematically limited to the value of the product in question, value at the date of sale, with no possibility of recourse to the brand name or the company producing the product.
In any case, the customer benefits from the legal guarantee of hidden defects (art.1625 and following of the Civil Code). On the condition that the buyer proves the hidden defect, the seller must legally repair all the consequences (art.1641 and following of the Civil Code); if the buyer goes to court, he must do so within a "short period" from the discovery of the hidden defect (art.1648 of the Civil Code).
