In the case of an exchange or a credit note

Returns and delivery of the new package are at our expense.

Contact [email protected] providing your first and last name, the date of your order, your order number and the product you wish to exchange, and we will send you the return procedure.

The complimentary return label does not include insurance. Please note that return packages are your responsibility until they reach us. If you wish to send your package with insurance, you must use your own label purchased from your carrier.

In the case of a refund

The return is at your own expense. If you wish to proceed with an exchange, the return and the shipping of the new item are at our expense! If you still wish to proceed with a return, here is the procedure:

> For packages weighing less than 20kg or measuring less than 160cm (L x W x H included), contact [email protected] stating your name, date of your order, and your order number, and we will send you a return label. We will then deduct the return costs from the refund:
- €30 for EU customers
- €60 for Swiss customers

We will inspect all returned merchandise for any possible damage and to ensure it has not been used. If it is found that the merchandise has been used by the customer, the package will be returned to them and no refund will be possible.
