The free return label does not include insurance. Please note that return packages are your responsibility until they arrive with us. If you wish to send your package with insurance, you must use your own label purchased from your carrier.

In the case of a refund

The return is at your expense. However, if you wish to proceed with an exchange, the return and the shipment of the new item are at our expense! If you still wish to proceed with a return, here is the procedure:

In the case of a credit note, the credit note will be sent by email after receiving the parcel.

In the case of a refund, you will receive the refund for the returned item (excluding outbound shipping costs) in your account within 14 days.

We will inspect all returned merchandise for possible damages and to ensure that it has not been used. If it is found that the merchandise has been used by the customer, the package will be returned to them and no refund will be possible.
