Created by Valérie and Marina, former passionate artistic directors with a keen eye for travel, this Parisian label named Floating House blends rare objects, a nomadic spirit, and raw aesthetics. Each creation, using Chinese ink, gold leaf, and hemp, tells a story of encounters, exploration, and unconventional beauty.

DELIVERY

All packages are sent from France. No customs fees are expected for orders placed in a European Union country. For orders placed in a non-EU country, customs fees may apply.

We deliver worldwide and all orders are shipped every 7 to 10 days.

RETURN

You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the delivery of your package to request an exchange, credit note, or refund.

For France: 

- You want an exchange/credit note: everything is free (the return and delivery of the new package are at our expense)

- You want a refund: the return is at your expense

For the rest of the world:

- You want an exchange: the return of the package is at your expense and the delivery of the new package is at our expense
