To order a custom-made or pre-order product, you can do so directly on our website.
You can choose the payment method of your choice (credit card, payment in 3 installments, PayPal, etc.) as well as the delivery option of your choice. Upon receiving the order, we will start the custom-made tailoring of your piece. Once it is completed, you will receive an email.
RETURN POLICY
Products available for pre-order and custom-made items that have been specially made for you, cannot be refunded.
You can exchange it for an in-stock item on our eshop or a new model can be crafted.
UNIQUE PIECES
All our Berber rugs and furniture pieces are crafted by hand. It is therefore technically impossible to obtain an exact replica to the millimeter.
For the rugs, the colors and design may not be exactly identical. The ordered dimensions may be 10cm larger or smaller in length and width.
RUG MANUFACTURING TIME
The estimated lead times for custom rug orders are provided as an indication and typically range between 2 and 5 months from order confirmation.
Due to the completely artisanal and traditional nature of our rugs, certain factors beyond our control may impact the production time. For instance, rug washing and drying are done naturally in the sun, and production may be affected by exceptional weather conditions or other logistical constraints.
Therefore, the company reserves the right to exceptionally extend the delivery time, up to a maximum of 10 months, without constituting a breach of its contractual obligations. In such cases, the customer will be promptly informed of the situation and the available options for their order.
